The Otto
Otto is proposed to be one of NZ’s first multi-storey modular buildings. The towering seven storey building will have 72 studio apartment and will be located in the heart of Wellington City. Modular building presents unique and the high demand for fire engineering techniques with the complexity of stacking steel modules to form a building which complies with NZBC.

The District
We are pleased to complete construction monitoring for this unique dual key apartment block in Petone, Wellington. The District is uniquely placed in Petone with direct access to train, cafes and the foreshore. The development provides a range of Studio and 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with car parking and retail spaces.

NZ Diploma in Fire Engineering
For the first time a Fire Engineering undergraduate qualification will be available in New Zealand. We are privileged to be involved in writing this full comprehensive course on all aspects of fire design and the regulatory system. Now is the time to re-train and learn about the fire safety industry.

TOMRA Hamilton
Newly completed design for TOMRA in Hamilton who provide advanced collection and sorting systems that optimize resource recovery and minimize waste in the food, recycling and mining industries. BelshamFire assisted with an open plan atrium office space and bespoke factory.

Claudelands Oval
Claudelands Hamilton is proud to host the Six60 NZ tour in 2021. BelshamFire assisted with an evacuation strategy for use of the Claudeland Oval for this unique event. Managing the venue and evacuation zones for large capacity event is critical to a safe and enjoyable concert.

The Donut Factory
Who likes donuts! Tauranga is to get new factory for production of delicious donuts. This facility had some challenges for high rack freezer storage with a factory production line and supporting office spaces. BelshamFire helped deliver fire safety solution to meet the factories needs without sprinklers.

Makara School
BelshamFire provided fire design for new roof and cladding for the Makara Model School outside of Wellington. BelshamFire supported the fire alarm and escape route upgrade to make this country school a safer place to learn.
