Michael is an experienced teacher/lecturer in NZ Building Code for Fire Safety. He provides workshops throughout New Zealand on Acceptable Solutions, Verification Method and Alternative Solutions. He’s helped hundreds of building control officer better understand the fire code. Michael works with a number of building control authorities throuought NZ to up-skill staff.
Workshops run from one to three days or can just be couple of hours and can be tailored to your suit your needs.
Michael began teaching at BOINZ and went on to assist with Future Skills and now also offers private tailor-made sessions both online and in classroom sessions. He has now teaches the NZ Diploma in Fire Engineering for the Open Polytechnic.
Michael is excited to help further develop the NZ Diploma in Fire Engineering with Future Skills
Michael helped develop the New Zealand Diploma in Engineeing (Fire Engineering) and is a facilitator and assessor for Level 6 modules in this course.
Michael is a fire safety lecturer for NZ Diploma in Building Surveying (In employment) (Level 6)
Michael has helped Consentium (Private Building Control Authroity) staff with fire safety training for residential building consents.
